This entry was chosen as the Curriculum Study was a major event that took place during this diped programme. This journal reflects my feelings about carrying out an action research for the first time to determine if a new intervention had any profound effects on my students' interests and academic performance. This study afforded me the opportunity to utilize essential knowledge gained from my Technology Integration sessions to create a Flipped Classroom for my students.
In this entry I reflect on the lessons learnt during my action research as well as the impact technology had on improving my pedagogy as well as my students performance. It also highlights how my lessons learnt in the Technology Integration sessions enabled me to take up a leadership role in educating my staff at my school about the Flipped Classroom method as well as Weebly website designing. It aids to illustrate how knowledge gained from this program was used to educate my peers. This journal describes an important step in my metamorphosis to becoming an all rounded educator and it shows the growth of my pedagogy over the diped programme.
